Step 2: The pixel tracks who visits your site (anonymously — no personal data). Step 3: Create an ad campaign that shows ads ONLY to people who visited your site in the last 7/14/30 days. Step 4: These people see your ad on Facebook or websites they browse, remember you, and come back.
